This week I had the privilage of staying at the ORD property and found it to be appealing. The use of space in the room was impressive; the tv was wonderful and the shower fabulous. With one exception I found this property to be everything a business traveler would need and more. The "pantry" in the lobby saved the day for me (twice) and the staff were extremely helpful. I did not get to enjoy the games on the tables but that was a fun touch. The only negative and it is a personal choise, is that the bed was too hard and I was disappointed that it was not the newer beds I have come to expect. With this exception, ALOFT is fabulous.
